Shipping Information
Standard Delivery for Republic of Ireland
Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 days.
Next Day Delivery: Place your order by 2 PM for next business day delivery (excludes weekends).
Weekend Deliveries: Unfortunately, we do not deliver on weekends.

Returns Policy
Can I Return or Exchange My Gloves?
Yes! If your gloves don’t fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 28 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Condition: The gloves must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with the protective film intact.
- Personalized Gloves: Unfortunately, personalized gloves cannot be returned, as we cannot remove the customizations.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: These items are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, email us at hello@katglove.com with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Glove Model
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Return
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping details. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at dee@katglove.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to an EU address, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Items must be:
- In the same condition as received.
- Unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange your item is to return it and place a new order. Once your return is approved, you can purchase the replacement item separately.
Refunds
Approval: After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
Follow-Up: If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at dee@katglove.com.
