My Story - Darren Randolph
From the moment I stepped onto a pitch as a kid in Ireland, I knew goalkeeping was something special. Spending most of my life between the posts, my journey from grassroots football in Bray to competing in the Premier League has shaped who I am today.
I faced the same challenges as many aspiring goalkeepers—finding the right gear, improving technique, and building confidence in a demanding position.
Through my goalkeeping academy, I’ve been able to work with players of all ages, helping them develop not just their skills but their love for the game.
The Story Behind KAT Glove
In 2023, we launched our widely successful DR Gloves, which quickly became a favourite among keepers worldwide. We spoke to goalkeepers of all levels, to understand their challenges, and deliver what matters most.

The DR Academy
The DR Academy was born from my commitment to giving back to the young goalkeepers. I can understand the unique challenges young players face, and the dedication it takes to excel.
Through every session, I strive to instill resilience, discipline, and a genuine love for goalkeeping—qualities that I know can empower these young athletes far beyond the game.
Our goal is to equip young keepers with the tools and mindset they need to be leaders on and off the field. I’ve always believed in the power of mentorship, access to quality training, and the strength of a supportive community.
